Land Transactions Encumbrance Details- How To View It?

  • Visit the official portal (https://ccla.telangana.gov.in/Welcome.do), and from the home page, visit the section citizen service.
  • Then select the option know your land status.
  • Go to land transaction deeds and then select the option encumbrance details.  
  • On the next page, read all information that appears on the screen and once done, click on the option submit. 
  • A new page will appear, therein select the option document number or the form entry. 
  • Provide all of the required information as per the selection made, and then click on the option submit.

GO 76 Land Application- How To Check It?

  • Visit the official portal (https://ccla.telangana.gov.in/Welcome.do), and from the home page, visit the section citizen service.
  • Then select the option to apply under GO 76 for regularisation of encroachments in SCCL lands that were handed over to the government.
  • One new page will appear on the screen wherein one will be needed to select the option view G.O. 76 application from the citizen corner.
  • Now enter the application number therein and then click on the option view application number.
  • Once done, the application form will be provided on the screen.

Property Tax Payment Details- How To Check?

  • Visit the official portal (https://ccla.telangana.gov.in/Welcome.do), and from the home page, visit the section citizen service.
  • Then select the option know your land status.
  • Next, go the section property tax payment details and therein will be provided 4 options, including- GHMC property tax, GHMC vacant land tax, CDMA property tax, CDMA vacant land tax. 
  • Make a choice from the above-mentioned 4 choices available. 
  • If one chooses the GHMC property tax, then provide therein the details, including the circle, village, owner’s name, PTIN number, door number and the captcha code.
