Step 1- Visit the official website of EHRMS or iHRMS Punjab.
Step 2- As you click on the above mentioned link you will directly land on the homepage of the website.
Step 3- Now go to the menu bar of the website there you will find the “Login” option. Click on that option.
Step 4- After clicking on that option a pop-up window with a login form will appear on your screen.
Step 5- This login form will ask you to enter some details such as user ID and password. After entering these two things you will have to enter the captcha text.

Procedure to Get the IHRMS Code

Step 1- First of all visit the official website of IHRMS.
Step 2- After you land on the official website’s homepage look for the “Get iHRMS Code” option. You may find this option in the menu bar right beside the login option.
Step 3- As you click on that option a new page with the title “Recover IHRMS Employee Code” will appear on your screen. On this page, you will have to enter some details.
Step 4- Firstly you will have to select your state, then you have to enter the date of birth, now enter your registered mobile no. In the end, enter the captcha code.
Step 5- Finally click on the “Fetch Employee Code” button to get the code.

Step 1- To view the property return first of all visit the official website.
Step 2- Now as you land on the homepage go to the “Employee Related” section.
Step 3- In this section, you will find different options. Out of these options click on the “View Property Return” option.
Step 4- As you click on this option a new page will appear on your screen.
Step 5- On this page enter some details such as state, financial year, office state, district, employee, etc.
Step 6- After entering all these details click on the “View APR Details” option. Now you can view all the APR details of the employee.
