1. Post Matric Scholarship For The Minorities

Rate of Scholarship-

The amount offered under the scheme is almost equal to the,

  • Course/tuition fee
  • Admission fee
  • Maintenance allowance and this is all subjected to the maximum ceiling.

Eligibility criteria- 

  • The applicant must belong to the minority community- Muslim/Sikh/Parsis/Christian/Zoroastrians/Buddhists.
  • The applicant must be a 1st-year student of +2/Undergraduate/Post Graduate/Ph.D. course of the Higher Secondary school or the college/University/Institutes that are either government-aided or recognized or unaided institution, or 11th standard/any Technical course/Vocational course of the ITI or ITC centres that are affiliated to the NCVT, or courses which are other than the ones that have been listed as merit-cum-means scholarship scheme.
  • The student must have secured at least 50% marks or the equivalent grade in their previous university or the board examination.
  • The annual family income of the applicant should not exceed the amount of INR 2 lakhs.
  • The applicant should not be already availing of any other scholarships or the stipend.

Other information-

  • In a family, this scholarship will not be given to more than 2 kids/students.

2. State Merit Scholarship- DCE

 

Rate Of Scholarship-

  • For graduation students, there are a total of 300 scholarships available and – INR 1250 per annum is provided as a scholarship amount.
  • For post-graduation students, there are a total of 150 scholarships available and – INR 1500 per annum is provided as a scholarship amount.

Eligibility Criteria-

  • The applicant must be a 1st-year student of the Undergraduate/Post Graduate course at the government-aided colleges or the university departments.
  • The student must have secured at least 50% marks or more in their previous qualifying examination.
  • The annual family income of the applicant should not exceed the amount of INR 1 lakh.

3. District Merit Scholarship

 

Rate Of Scholarship-

  • INR 1250 per annum.

Eligibility Criteria- DMS-

  • The applicant must be a student of Higher Secondary/ITI/VHSE/Polytechnic course.
  • The student must have secured A+ in all of the exams of SSLC in march 2018 that was conducted by the Board of Public Examinations of Kerala state.

4. Merit Scholarship For The School Teaches Students

Rate Of Scholarship-

  • INR 50 per month- Plus one
  • INR 50 per month- Undergraduate students

Eligibility-

  • The applicant must be the 1st year student of VHSC/HSC and must be pursuing their undergraduate course in the government-aided arts or the science college.
  • The applicant should be the son or daughter of either the primary or the secondary school teachers.

5. Hindi Scholarship

Rate of Scholarship-

  • For undergraduate students, there are a total of 180 scholarships available and – INR 50 per month is provided as a scholarship amount.
  • For post-graduation students, there are a total of 59 scholarships available and – INR 1000 per month is provided as a scholarship amount.

Eligibility Criteria-

  • The applicant who took Hindi as their sub-subject at the degree level and as the main subject at B.Ed., MA, M.Phil., M.Ed., PhD., are all eligible herein for making application for the Hindi Scholarship.

6. Muslim Nadar Girls Scholarship

Rate of Scholarship- 

  • INR 125 per annum

Eligibility criteria-

  • The applicant must be a 1st-year student of the VHSC/HSC and the undergraduate course that is under the government-aided arts or science college.
  • The applicant must belong to the BPL family and the backward community.

7. Sanskrit Scholarship

Rate of Scholarship-

  • For undergraduate students, there are a total of 55 scholarships available and – INR 200 per month is provided as a scholarship amount.
  • For post-graduation students, there are a total of 25 scholarships available and – INR 200 per month is provided as a scholarship amount.

Eligibility criteria-

  • The 1st preference is always given to the students who are pursuing Sanskrit as their major subject. 
  • The 2nd preference is given to the students who study Sanskrit in the course as one of the subjects.

8. Suvarna Jubilee Merit Scholarship

Rate of Scholarship-

  • INR 10,000 per annum

Eligibility Criteria-

  • The applicant must be a 1st-year student of the Undergraduate/Post Graduate course at the government-aided colleges or the university departments.
  • The student must have secured at least 50% marks or more in their previous qualifying examination.
  • The student should belong to the BPL family.

9. MGS Renewal Eligibility

Rate of Scholarship-

  • For undergraduate students, there are a total of 3000 scholarships available and – INR 5000 per annum is provided as a scholarship amount.
  • post-graduation students, there are a total of 1000 scholarships available and – INR 6000 per annum is provided as a scholarship amount.
  • For professional course students, there are a total of 1000 scholarships available and – INR 7000 per annum is provided as a scholarship amount.
  • Hostel stipends will be provided to a total of 2000 students available, and – INR 13,000 per annum is provided as financial assistance.
  • Students eligible for the hostel stipend, they are not eligible for the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria-

  • The student should be either Muslim, Converted Christian Community, Latin, and they should be Kerala Native.
  • The student must have secured at least 50% marks or more in their previous qualifying examination.
  • The applicant must be a girl who is studying in 1st-year graduation or any other higher courses in the government-aided institution.
  • The annual family income should not be more than INR 4.5 lakhs.
  • Students who have got their admission to the self-financing colleges with merit seats, they are eligible for making application under the scholarship.
  • The candidate who makes an application for the hostel stipend, they should stay in the recognized hostels.

10. Blind/PH Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria-

  • The applicant must be Blind/Deaf/PH students who are studying in the government-aided arts and science colleges or music colleges and the government-aided higher secondary or vocational higher secondary schools.

Financial Support-

  • Fee charges are provided to the blind students whose family annual income is less than INR 2.5 lakhs.
  • The hostel charges for the PH students who are also the hostellers; in this case, their annual family income should be below INR 4.5 lakhs.
  • The boarding charges for the PH students who are also day scholars, in this case, their annual family income, should be below INR 4.5 lakhs.

11. Music Fine Arts Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria-

  • Students who are studying in the government music college and fine arts colleges are eligible here.
