Manav Sampada UP Portal: Overview

The Manav Sampada portal is launched by the state government of Uttar Pradesh. This portal works as a Human Resources Management platform. On this portal, government employees can submit their leave applications to their reporting officer. Apart from applying the applicant can also check their application status on this portal only. It means there is no need to physically visit the place for the application. Whereas on the other hand the reporting officer can also approve/reject/cancel the application within the portal only. In this way, the whole process becomes a lot easier for both the employee and the reporting officer.

Manav Sampada portal is managed by NIC, UP State Centre. This portal fetches data from various government departments and display it here. This portal is indeed a very good step towards promoting eGovernance in the country. Apart from eGovernance it also supports the Digital India initiative by the government.

Besides applying for the leave application this portal is also used for refilling the APR. The official Manav Sampada portal clearly mentions the refilling of APR as an online module. For those who don’t know what is APR then its full form is Annual Property Return. The government employees have to file their Annual Property Return in which they declare the information of their properties. To file APR the employee should be registered on the portal and should have their employee code/password. This portal stores the employee APR information. With this APR and other information, it becomes very easy for the government to respond to RTI.

Leave Application Procedure on Manav Sampada Portal

In Uttar Pradesh, Basic Education Council issued a notification. According to which if anyone from teaching and non-teaching staff wants to apply for leave then he/she has to do it on the Manav Sampada portal. People can find this portal by the name of ehrms on the web. Below we are mentioning the steps to apply for leave on the ehrms portal.

Step 1- Login

1. First of all you have to visit the official website of Manav Sampada.

2. As you land on the homepage look for the “eHRMS Login” option. You may find this option in the header section of the website.

3. After clicking on that option a new page will appear on your screen. There will be a form in which you will have to enter some details such as department (choose Basic Education in the department section), user ID, and password. Now enter the captcha code and then press the login button.

4. Another form will appear on your screen. Here you will have to enter the OTP which is being sent to your registered mobile number.

Step 2- Application for Leave

1. After completing all the above-mentioned steps you will be logged in to the portal. Now you can see an “Online Leave” option in the header section, click on this option.

2. In the drop-down menu click on the “Apply to Leave” and then click the “Select Reporting Officer” option.

3. You can also add a reporting officer if there is no officer on the list already.

4. Then a form will open on your screen, in the “Online Service” section of the form select “Leave”. Then on the next step select “Block Education Officer” in the “Destination” section. In the end, select the name of your reporting officer and click on the “Save” button.

5. Now in the “Apply to Leave” form select a few options such as leave type, from date, to date, Ground of leave, and Address During Leave. Then click on the “Submit” button to submit your application.

This way you can apply for leave on this portal. Now it is up to your reporting officer if he/she will approve the leave. Also, don’t forget to check the message you receive after applying on your registered mobile no. Just note down all the details from that sms.

Procedure to Check Application Status

As we have already told you that applicants can also check the status of their leave application on this portal. So you follow the below-mentioned steps for that:-

Step 1- To view the application status, first of all, visit the official website.

Step 2- On the homepage of the website, look for the “Fact Sheet / P2” option. You may find this option in the “Public Window” section. Click on it.

Step 3- Now you will land on a new page. This page will have a form, in this form enter your details such as parent department, Directorate/Head Office, and E-Hrms Code.

Step 4- At the end click on the “View Report” button to view your application status.

In this way, you can check your application status on this portal.

Manav Sampada Portal Login 

To login to the Manav Sampada UP portal, you can follow the below-mentioned steps:-

Step 1- Visit the homepage of Manav Sampada Portal.

Step 2- On the homepage of the website you can find an option named “eHRMS Login” in the top menu bar, click on that option.

Step 3- Now a popup form will appear on your screen. In this form enter your details such as department, user ID, and password.

Step 4- Enter the captcha code correctly and then press the “login” button.

Step 5- You will find an SMS delivered on your registered mobile no. In this SMS there will be an OTP, enter this OTP in the next step.

Procedure to View Service Book

Step 1- Visit the Manav Sampada portal.

Step 2- On the homepage of the website click on the login option, fill in all the details, and log on to the portal.

Step 3- After login find the “Employee Service Book” option and click on it.

Step 4- Now a new page will appear on your screen, on this page first enter the eHRMS code. Then in the form enter state name, Parent Department, Present Posting Office State, Present Posting District, Employee Code/Name, Captcha Text.

Step 5- Then click on the search button. Now the service book will appear on your screen, you can download it now.

District Wise Data Entry Status

Step 1- Visit the official website of the Manav Sampada UP portal.

Step 2- As you land on the homepage of the website, click on the District Wise Data Entry Status” option there.

Step 3- This option will take you to a new page where you will have to enter some details such as department, district, state, etc.

Step 4- Enter all those details correctly and then click on the “View Report” button. Now you will be able to view the data entry status.

Upload Documents on the Portal

Step 1- Visit the official website ehrms, Then complete the login process there.

Step 2- Now a new interface will appear on your screen. On this interface look for the “General Tab” and click on it.

Step 3- Now select the documents that you want to upload and upload them on to the portal.

Step 4- After all this click on the submit button to complete the whole process.

Search Fact Sheet

Step 1- To search the fact sheet, first of all, visit the official portal.

Step 2- After landing on the homepage of the portal look for the “Fact Sheet (P2)” option. You may find this option under the public window section,

Step 3- As you click on that option it will take you to a new page, on that page you will need to select some options such as parent department, organization, and E-HRMS code.

Step 4- Now in the end click on the view report option. Then the fact sheet will appear on your screen, you can now view this sheet.
